Written information on returns and refunds
Please keep the invoice.
MAREA accepts returns of your online purchases provided that the items are returned in good sales conditions (with original/intact packaging, tags and/or labels still attached) within 14 days of arrival of the package.
Please note, however, that the following items cannot be returned:
Underwear/undergarments/swimsuits /masks for hygienic reasons
Custom articles (e.g. alterations)
The only exception is articles deemed defective that cannot be repaired or replaced by the store, as required by the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree no. 206 of 6 September 2005).
Contact customer service if you think your item is defective.

This Privacy Policy supplements any information you have already been given on this subject. Furthermore, Marea may provide you with additional information to address specific circumstances (not covered by this Privacy Policy) in which your Personal data may be collected and processed.
The word “you” shall mean anyone, wherever located, who falls within the scope of this Privacy Policy. “Personal data” shall mean any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. “Us/we” shall mean Marea.
Information on shipments:
Purchases made on the site are usually delivered to the recipient in 7-12 working days from the order: this value represents the sum of the time of preparation of the package at our warehouse and the actual shipping time operated by our courier Bartolini.
In exceptional cases, the shipment may be delayed due to force majeure (such as weather events, strikes, etc.).
The cost of shipping is € 6.50 on shipments less than 50 Euro
If you place an order equal to or greater than 50 euro the shipment will be free
